Nigeria is reported to be the fastest growing mobile market in the world…. This presentation explains why it does not necessarily matter to achieving Vision 20:2020. The focus is skewed. The government and regulatory agency for the sector is not focusing on driving legislature that guarantees that the full benefits of the massive market for ICTs is exploited locally. Nevertheless, a lot of Nigerians are still benefiting from spin-off effect of the proliferation of ICTs in the nation, and for that, we have to be grateful at the very least.
